  • Absolutely! Travel and scouting fees are customized based on your chosen destination.

  • Every great production starts with a treatment. We begin with a creative consultation to discuss your vision, your budget, and how we can bring a special touch to your celebration

  • A planner organizes; a Producer executes. While we handle all the traditional planning (schedules, vendors, checklists), we also oversee the technical and creative "show" elements—lighting, sound, spatial flow, and crew management—ensuring the event runs smoothly.

  • We love a global stage. For international productions, we bill for airfare, lodging, and a per-diem for our on-site team. We also offer a "Scouting Phase" where we visit your destination in advance to vet local vendors and ensure the location meets our production standards.

  • For destination weddings and large-scale corporate productions, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance to ensure venue availability and proper "Pre-Production" time
